What I need to do is envision how to get these notes to associate with the customer the notes are about in a new database project and also make it "web based" with little dev knowledge. I cannot see the detail in your screenshot clearly, but if each row relates to an individual customer and that customer has multiple notes in columns G,H, etc. The structure may depend on the solution you choose, so take some time to understand and define it correctly. It is easy to suck Excel data into many different applications, but if the structure is wrong day 1 you will make life very difficult for yourself. No matter what solution you go with, you need to get the data structure right first. I'd still love to use some of our Office 365 resources if we could.
